Cancellations within 30 days prior to reservation date (14 days off-season/non-holiday) will result in a 20% cancellation fee that will be charged to your account or retained from your deposit. There are no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.

It was a great place !
We LOVED this trip & our stay! The place is unbeatable, 1 minute walk to the beach while also being on the water was amazing. They are fully stocked with anything you could need for a trip; shell sifters, beach chairs, & towels! We will definitely be back!
Absolutely beautiful space! So convenient to everything imaginable! Loved the water view and easy dock access and kayaks. Greatly appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats. Can’t wait to come back!!
It was a great pet friendly establishment, with a two minute walk to the beach(private access). Liked the canal, dock behind us and the kayaks. They had all the beach items you would need. Both Rachel and Ben were friendly and answered qsts timely. My senior kitties enjoyed their stay.
