Cancellations within 30 days prior to reservation date (14 days off-season/non-holiday) will result in a 20% cancellation fee that will be charged to your account or retained from your deposit. There are no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.

Charming villa, in a quiet and serene location. Very clean and set up perfectly. The host is very responsive. Instructions provided in the listing are clear and help make the experience great. Me and my husband really enjoyed the stay.
This location is perfect and will definitely stay here again. Close to everything - beach across the street and walkable to Pops. Wawa, Starbucks and Publix less than a mile away. Sitting on the dock in the morning was a great way to start the day. The villa itself was great - clean and parking was easy with being right out front. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again! (Have already recommended to family and friends to stay when in town!)
Such a great find. Across from beach and on the water. Very clean and modern with a great private outdoor space and a communal one. I walked to yoga on the beach every morning! Would stay there again.
