The grounds boast a beautiful garden courtyard, outdoor shower, charcoal grills and direct beach access only steps away. Walk from our property to the Gulf beach in less than 1 minute.
This property is located on a Gulf Coast island offering world class beaches, fishing, boating, shelling and fossil hunting. The waterways are in a location convenient to the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Venice Jetty.
Cancellation notice required for refund of deposit: 14-day notice regular season. 30-day notice peak season and holiday.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to reservation date (14 days off-season/non-holiday) will result in a 20% cancellation fee that will be charged to your account or retained from your deposit. There are no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.

A credit account is required to be used for your deposit. Please be sure to specify with us if you will be using a different form of payment for your balance due or your account will be conveniently charged upon arrival date.

My stay was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning — every corner feels picture-worthy, from the beautifully kept landscape to the incredible views. Having boat docks on one side and the beach on the other made it feel like the best of both worlds. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a retreat. It was the ideal spot to relax, take in the scenery, and just enjoy every moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend and would love to come back! This would be a great spot for extended family, bridal/bachelor party, reunion etc with the multiple units, amenities and private courtyard. Ben and Rachel were extremely kind and very responsive.
This adorable studio was very well located with just a few steps to the beach. Every amenity was thought of including little hooks to put all your stuff on and plenty of storage so you could really settle in. It was also spotlessly clean.
